CGI Federal is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Account Manager. As a Customer Account Manager, you will enable the customer to accomplish their goals and mission by assisting with project management, acquisition support and post-acquisition activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to leverage your relationship building and communication skills to advance the client mission. This position is located in Chantilly.

Your future duties and responsibilities: . Establish, maintain, and closeout profiles. . Provide Quality Assurance checks on profiles . Proactively monitor funding statuses. . Administer monthly billing and invoicing to include burn rates and make corresponding updates. . Effective and efficient communications with business partners and relationship building. . Create and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) Required qualifications to be successful in this role: .

5 years of experience in supporting project management, purchasing, or acquisition related activities . Experience working within secured space .

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $.
