Position SummaryThe Clinical Director provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for CRi’s residential and community‑based programs. This role directly supervises Program Managers and clinical teams while ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with all regulatory standards. The Clinical Director also represents CRi in the community and fosters strong partnerships with families, funders, and local officials.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Supervision
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership to Program Managers and clinical staff.
- Promote CRi’s mission, values, and person‑centered philosophy.
- Ensure adherence to agency policies, ethical standards, and HIPAA requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate service quality through audits, site visits, and data reviews.
- Ensure appropriate staffing ratios, clinical competence, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive performance improvement through training, supervision, and quality initiatives.
- Serve as primary liaison to families, community partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Promote effective interdisciplinary collaboration across nursing, behavioral, and social services teams.
- Oversee program budgets and resource utilization.
- Monitor expenditures and recommend operational improvements.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency standards.
- Lead corrective action planning and program audits.
- Promote a safe and healthy environment for individuals served and staff.
- Master’s degree in a clinical or health administration field.
- 5+ years of progressive supervisory or management experience in healthcare or human services.
- Clinical license is highly desired.
- Strong background in program development, compliance, budgeting, and community relations.
- Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations and experience with electronic clinical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in complex, mission‑driven environments.
- Excellent communication and crisis‑intervention skills.
- Experience in multi‑site management or residential program operations.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire diverse teams.

Location: Chantilly, Virginia
Employment Type: Full‑Time, Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some flexibility as needed for program oversight
