Key Responsibilities- Overall management and leadership of the CTC’s service business and operations activities.
- Service sales and effective implementation of service sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, margin goals, and maximize service delivery for customer satisfaction.
- Coaching, counseling, and training the sales force to improve individual service selling skills.
- Developing and implementing operations strategies that improve service delivery and provide additional value to customers in a cost‑effective manner.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
- Strong leadership and management skills in selling and delivering service contracts and Time‑and‑Material service, actively acting as a role model, guide, and mentor within the Service Department.
- Broad professional knowledge of security hardware, alarm and video surveillance systems, electronic security issues, and safeguards.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Advanced team leadership, team‑building, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in at least one of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare systems.
Education:
College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience:
5‑7 years relevant field service.
