Attend Home Care - Virginia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Chantilly, VA location. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring the highest standards of home care services, and driving business growth within the community. You will work closely with clients, caregivers, and staff to maintain excellent service quality and foster a supportive and efficient work environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in home care management or a related healthcare leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of home care regulations and industry best practices.
- Compassionate and customer-focused approach to care delivery.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Chantilly branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and supervise home care staff and caregivers to maintain high-quality care standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase client base and improve branch profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and performance metrics.
- Address and resolve client or employee concerns promptly and professionally.
