Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Warehouse Manager in Chantilly, VA. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations, supervise warehouse staff, ensure accurate stock and inventory control, and manage efficient workflows. Responsibilities include organizing the storage and distribution of goods, optimizing warehouse operations, and maintaining safety standards. The role also entails coordinating with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operations.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
- Experience in Operations Management, including process optimization and team supervision
- Certification and experience in Forklift Operation (optional)
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time‑management abilities
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse environments
- Prior experience in logistics or warehouse management is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in supply chain management or logistics are an advantage
