The Program Manager will serve as the primary leader responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a classified program, ensuring all technical, schedule, cost, and security objectives are met. The Program Manager oversees cross-functional teams, manages program scope and milestones, and ensures alignment with customer requirements and mission objectives. This role requires strong leadership, effective coordination across engineering and operational disciplines, and the ability to manage complex activities in a highly secure, fast-paced environment.

• At least ten (10) years of experience in program management.
• At least ten (10) years in developing innovative complex, technical solutions.
• At least five (5) years of specialized experience in Federal Government enterprise system management
• Experience overseeing a staff of diverse disciplines.
• Experience in complete engineering project development life cycle
• Experience and expertise in the managing of schedules, resources, and control of funds.
• Must have PMP Certificate
• Top Secret with FSP is required Day 1.

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business,
