Commercial Project Manager

The Commercial Cleaning Project Manager will be responsible for training and developing our commercial crews at our three DC locations (Chantilly, Alexandria, and Rockville). Will be the main point of contact with commercial sales reps, commercial crews and required to be onsite for commercial jobs between the three branches as a supervisor. Responsible for upholding all Commercial Company procedures as well as Stanley Steemer's policies, procedures, and safety standards.

$22 - $27/hour. Wages negotiable and based on experience.

* Flexible for day or night shift

* At least 1 year experience cleaning VCT, natural stone, tile, grout, upholstery, water damage or similar

* Training and development experience

* Experience in Janitorial or related

* Working knowledge of commercial specialty service

* Act as dispatcher as needed

* Rotate on-call duties with management and respond to emergency work

* Drive company vehicles

* Field Management and Customer Service experience desired

* Valid US Drivers license

* Ability to move and/or lift avg. 50lbs.
