Shift Options:
$17/hr - 1st Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$19.50 - 2nd Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
The Machine Operator / Production Associate is responsible for operating production equipment used in the manufacturing of credit cards. This role supports production operations by ensuring accurate machine operation, packaging, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate machines used in the production of credit cards
Package envelopes and finished products into boxes for shipment
Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and quality output
Perform basic computer tasks related to machine operation and tracking
Learn and operate multiple machines as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Stand for the duration of 12-hour shifts while performing production duties
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
Willingness to learn new machines and processes
Reliable and punctual with strong attendance
Previous warehouse, production, or machine operator experience
Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
