- Ensure a quality, well‑built product by checking for missing pieces.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, guidelines, and procedures.
- Communicate and work well with store management & staff.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard‑free for all team members.
- Report issues, malfunctions, missing or defective parts.
- Operate the smartphone app to check schedules and update manufacturing status of jobs.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Read and execute assembly instructions, drawings, and manuals.
- Self‑motivated, energetic, and a good communicator.
- Quick learner who thrives in speed‑production challenges.
- Owns the required tools: impact driver with bits, sockets, metric wrench, screwdrivers, and box cutter.
- Professional and respectful demeanor.
- Can stand & bend for long periods and lift 65 pounds regularly.
- Good hand‑eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to cover a 25‑mile radius.
- Working mobile phone.
- Impact driver with assorted bits and 2 batteries.
- Cordless drill with #2 and #3 bits.
- Metric box‑wrench set with sockets.
- Phillips and flat head screwdrivers, small hammer, box cutter, mallet.
- Smartphone or smart device with WIFI or mobile internet.
- Weekends available.
- Full‑time, part‑time, and on‑call positions available.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiar with hand tools and power tools.
- 1 year of previous assembly experience.
Training is provided for inexperienced builders to equip you with a skillful, time‑efficient process for producing quality‑built products. Compensation is paid by the finished piece; each assembler is paid per item built. The pay rate varies with difficulty. The faster and more accurately you work the more money you make.
NOTE:
Upon hire you will be a 1099 independent contractor.
Our technicians work independently with minimal supervision and partner with major retailers such as Lowe’s and Home Depot to keep display areas showroom ready.
