Sign-On Bonus: $10,000, paid quarterly during your first year

Salary: $90,000 annually

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to join our Fairfax, VA Assistive Care team. . As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring clients receive the best possible care while supporting and empowering our caregiving team.

• Lead, inspire, and mentor caregivers to uphold BAYADA’s highest care standards.
• Conduct client assessments throughout Fairfax, VA and surrounding areas.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution.
• Supervise Home Health Aides in the field to ensure quality and compliance.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Perform skills competencies for both new and tenured staff.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2+ years of RN experience required.
• Supervisory/leadership experience highly preferred.

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
