Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Chantilly, VA to enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones and engage in activities they enjoy. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers on care, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity.
Qualified candidates will hold an RN license in the state, have at least 2 years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS
