• Competitive salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually
• Health Insurance (50% of individual premium covered by employer)
• Optional Dental & Vision Insurance

• Optional Long-Term Disability coverage
• 2 weeks paid vacation + 3 PTO days (accrued)
• Paid bi-monthly (15th and last day of the month)

What You’ll Do as a Listing Manager

• Project Management
  :
  Coordinate property preparation, photography, staging, showings, and timelines.
• Marketing & Promotion
  :
  Write compelling property descriptions, ensure listings meet brand standards, and collaborate with our marketing team to maximize exposure across MLS, social media, and digital platforms.
• Client Communication
  :
  Serve as the main point of contact for sellers and agents, ensuring 5-star service from pre-listing through under contract.
• Listing Oversight
  :
  Verify all MLS details, order signs and lockboxes, and oversee every step of the listing process with accuracy and timeliness.
• Systems & Compliance
  :
  Maintain accurate CRM records, follow through on listing paperwork, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Real estate or MLS listing experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person with the right mindset).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and values culture as much as results.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and MLS platforms.
• Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing world-class client service.
