Overview
The Reynolds Team (Empower Home), a top real estate team in the DC Metro area, is currently seeking a go-getter, service-oriented Listing/Transaction Coordinator for its Chantilly office. We are looking for a team player who is hard-working, has a heart to serve, a positive attitude, and attention to detail. We have an excellent compensation package which includes: 401(k) retirement plan, health insurance, dental and vision, life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, and FSA;

- Handle and oversee ratified contracts
- Confirm commission and split structure with other members of the team
- Confirm the source of each contract, and track it correctly in the tracker and CRM database
- Manage all contingency deadlines in the contract
- Manage MLS to ensure all sales are tracked under the team leader's
- Communicate with clients throughout the contract period and provide the next step
- Send contract to lender and title company
- Ensure the Agent has coordinated with the buyer to get the EMD deposited per the contract
- Communicate with the title company throughout the transaction with updates
- Communicate with the lender throughout the transaction with updates; ensure TRID timing requirements are met and the loan is on track for closing; help problem-solve any hiccups with the agent and client
- Order HOA and condo documents on behalf of sellers
- Check HOA/Condo documents and send to the buyer when completed; resolve any cited violations prior to closing
- Schedule termite inspection and any necessary treatments, and distribute reports to all parties
- Send utility contact info to the buyer and ensure utility setup in their name
- Communicate any changes due to delays or earlier/later closing dates
- Schedule closings and communicate details to clients
- Review settlement statements/CDs for accuracy
- Manage and provide ongoing training for the remote assistant
- Continuous maintenance/updates to CRM
- Provide 5-star service at all times
$40,000 - $60,000 per year
