Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER position at the Aerospace location — 14558 Lee Road, Chantilly, VA 20151.

Schedule:

Full time, Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 5:00 pm. Pay: $20.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

• Perform cashiering duties and sales transactions; enter sales into the cash register and issue receipts. Make change and accept valid forms of payment. Ensure cash drawer accuracy and handle cash refunds as required.
• Provide general food service duties including prep work (washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables) and following approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality and serving temperatures.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner and resolve customer questions or complaints in a service-oriented way.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in preparation areas, service areas and dining facilities; clean work areas, equipment and utensils; rotate and store foods properly.
• Relate relevant information to supervisors and assist with other duties as assigned.
• Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while keeping the service area clean.

• Prior food service or cashier experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform tasks safely and follow sanitation procedures.
• Flexible schedule within a full-time Monday–Friday workweek may be required.
