• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and maintain its proper functioning
• Support the kitchen team by organizing and restocking clean dishes, glassware, and silverware
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, collaborating with fellow team members
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines for proper handling and disposal of waste
• Assist in maintaining smooth kitchen operations by working closely with the culinary staff

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashers
• Organize and store clean dishes, ensuring they are readily available for the culinary team
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping floors and removing trash
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to health and safety standards to maintain a hygienic and safe kitchen area
• Stand for long hours, often in wet conditions
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (racks of dishes, garbage bags)
• Work in a hot, humid, and fast‑paced environment
• Bend, stoop, and reach frequently
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely
