• Prepare and cook menu items with precision and adherence to recipes and plating guidelines.
• Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the highest quality and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to organize and set up stations for service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously.

• Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing demands.
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional food to our guests.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
• Stand and move for the duration of shift.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work near hot surfaces and open flames.
• Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform repetitive motions (chopping, stirring).
