As a Merchandiser you will work independently across various retail locations, showcasing organization and time‑management skills to display and maintain inventory levels of our celebrations product line, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more.

• Starting pay: $15.30 per hour, with two increases during the first year of employment (rates may vary by location).
• After 6 months: $16.20 per hour.
• After 1 year: $17.00 per hour.

The route serves stores at 14391 Chantilly Crossing Ln, Chantilly, VA 20151. Weekly hours average 6 hours, potentially increasing to 14 hours around major holidays.

• Service assigned stores, including merchandising, organizing product orders, displaying items in greeting card departments and other retail locations, and maintaining organized backroom areas.
• Communicate with store management regarding service questions or schedule concerns.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment using effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime business hours.
• Be available for additional working days and extended hours leading up to or immediately following major holidays.
• Assist with occasional store resets (e.g., fixture work, product assembly, relocation or removal as requested).
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company‑issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

No experience necessary – training provided.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
• Reliable internet access for job information and updates.
• Technological competency to use the company tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends, the day before and after major holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

You will work on the sales floor and in the back stock room, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 40 pounds. Tasks require standing, walking, stooping, squatting, and possibly using a step stool.
