Residential Sales Associate – Woodbridge & Alexandria

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 75 years, is hiring a Residential Sales Associate in Virginia, with a territory assignment in Northern Virginia. The position covers the Woodbridge and Alexandria areas.

As a Residential Sales Associate, you will meet with customers who have pre‑scheduled appointments to sell our products, which include fencing, decks, patios, porches, gates, sun‑rooms, gazebos, and more.

• Meet with customers at scheduled appointments to present and sell fencing products and related outdoor solutions.
• Provide professional, customer‑focused service and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Work within a commission‑based compensation structure and achieve sales goals.

• Six weeks of paid sales training and orientation.

Base salary range: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 plus commission.
