Position OverviewWe’re looking for entry-level, customer-oriented individuals to join our retail sales team. As a Junior Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping homeowners find the right Leaf Filter solution to protect their property and meet their long-term needs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales with full training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers and assess their needs
- Recommend the right Leaf Filter gutter protection solutions for homeowners
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strive to meet or exceed personal and store sales goals
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and installation options
- Assist with maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation
- Provide excellent service through clear communication and follow-up
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus—but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Competitive hourly wage plus commission based on performance
