We are seeking a sales and product specialist to sell instruments and software to our nuclear medicine customer base. The role involves understanding radiopharmaceutical applications, planning activities, arranging customer visits and meetings, providing technical presentations or demonstrations, servicing correspondence and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will support existing accounts and develop new clients and business opportunities. When not traveling, you will be based at our corporate headquarters in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities- Service incoming inquiries
- Provide sales quotations and technical information on Lab Logic products
- Maintain relationships with existing clients via phone, email, Teams and personal visits
- Attend and present at conferences, both individually and with colleagues
- Process sales orders and track them to completion
- Coordinate activities with administrative and support teams
- Maintain accurate customer records in the Company CRM and provide brief visit reports
Sales skills:
- 1‑3 years of sales or technical experience
- Technical aptitude with laboratory instrumentation and software
- Commercial mindset and motivation to identify new business with existing customers
- Desire to develop customer relationships and maintain satisfaction
- Proactive pursuit of new business opportunities
Ability to explain and sell highly technical products
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in an international team Willingness and ability to travel 50% +
Organization:
- High level of self‑organization with a proactive approach
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant area or proven sales experience in the field
- Prior work in nuclear medicine preferred
- Knowledge of chromatography or similar laboratory instrumentation
The annual compensation package includes base salary and an excellent benefits package, including uncapped commissions, car allowance, 401(k) with match, medical, dental and vision insurance, plus 21 days paid vacation in addition to company‑observed holidays.
