Are you the type of person who has the discipline to follow a proven sales process that leads to a six-figure income? Then we want you to join the family.

• Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales database.
• Present products to customers and shop the area competition.
• Work weekends and some holidays as part of the role.

• No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills — both one-on-one and in front of large groups.
• Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
