Kodiak is seeking a Commercial HVAC Account Executive to develop new business throughout the Chantilly, VA market. This is a true hunter role focused on selling commercial HVAC service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, repair services, plumbing, building automation, electrical, and water treatment solutions to commercial customers. If you're an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business, this is an excellent opportunity to join one of the Mid-Atlantic's leading mechanical contractors.
Develop new commercial business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting
Sell HVAC preventive maintenance agreements, repair services, plumbing, building automation, electrical, and water treatment solutions
Build relationships with Facility Managers, Property Managers, Building Engineers, Operations Directors, and Commercial Real Estate professionals
Generate new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits
Collaborate with internal operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
3-7 years of outside B2B sales experience
~ Experience selling recurring service agreements, maintenance contracts, or commercial services
~ Experience selling to commercial customers
~ Experience managing a CRM and Microsoft Office
