Position: Cyber - Corporate Systems Security Officer (CSSO)

* Corporate Systems Security Officer (CSSO) Chantilly, VA MUST:
Active TS/SCI clearance; eligible and willing to obtain a polygraph 10+ years in a certified possessing Facility Security Officer (FSO) role or equivalent senior security leadership Proven experience with DCSA / NISPOM compliance Strong hands-on experience with DISS administration, audits, and inspection readiness Experience managing SCIF operations within a possessing facility Demonstrated COMSEC oversight and compliance experience IT experience supporting offline Windows and Linux secure networks in classified environments

Experience with air-gapped systems, disk encryption, and secure system maintenance Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability DUTIES:
Lead and oversee the corporate security program across all facilities Serve as centralized authority for facility security, classified systems, and SCIF operations Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DCSA guidance, and customer security requirements Manage daily security operations and classified compliance activities Conduct and support DISS audits, reviews, and DCSA inspections Maintain and enforce security policies, SOPs, SSPs, and classified documentation Oversee SCIF operations, including classified processing and access control Maintain SCIF security systems, safes, locking systems (including CDX-10), and badging Develop and enforce physical security measures Deliver security training and awareness for cleared personnel Act as primary POC for security incidents, investigations, and inquiries Liaise with government agencies and external security stakeholders Manage Key Management Personnel (KMP) requirements and facility clearance processes Provide COMSEC policy enforcement and compliance coordination Oversee secure offline system patching, updates, and security scanning Partner with IT and engineering teams to ensure classified systems remain secure, stable, and compliant
