Overview
Capitol Construction is looking for a hard-working maintenance technician with a positive attitude to join our team. This individual must be able to handle assigned maintenance tasks, drywall repairs/replacement/finishing, and painting in the immediate Northern Virginia area.
Responsibilities- Painting
- Drywall repairs, replacement, and finishing
- Community sign repairs
- Light plumbing repairs
- Troubleshooting basic electrical issues
- Replacing light bulbs and ballast
- Bulk trash removal
- Light landscaping
- Tree pruning/removal
- Snow removal/pretreatment service
- Service oriented
- Organized; pays attention to detail
- Available for after-hours/overtime work as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
