Fairfax, VA | Salary $48,000.00‑$58,000.00

• Ensure efficiency and client standards are met.
• Conduct site inspections and provide hands‑on leadership for soil, planting, watering and insect control.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, and manage schedules, charts and reports.

• 2+ years landscape installation experience.
• Minimum 1 year managing a 2+ person crew.
• At least one year of experience in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.
• Driver’s license, strong leadership, familiarity with landscaping equipment.
• Physical capability: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30‑80 pounds), extensive walking.
• CDL (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Able to read architectural drawings and work well with others.
