Essential Functions- Oversees job site and mentors/trains junior electricians.
- Acts as crew leader and/or foreman as needed.
- Installs, maintains, modifies, and repairs all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment.
- Locates electrical underground utilities for various projects.
- Measures, cuts, and bends wire and conduit.
- Troubleshoots issues and recommends solutions.
- Operates hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment for installations or service.
- Inspects and tests components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches, and switch gears.
- Supervises inspections and repairs on main power distribution systems, panel boards, and other electrical systems as needed.
- Oversees repair to line voltage for all HVAC systems.
- Records and reports all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, and records the time and materials expended on work orders.
- Conducts tests and inspects equipment, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
- Responds to emergency power and backup system failures.
- Effectively communicates status of jobs, issues, recommendations, etc. to management.
- Provides timely and completed documentation of work performed.
- Drives company vehicle throughout service area while following all local laws.
- Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 8+ years of experience in the field or related area.
- Master Electrician license or equivalent electrical training and experience.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.

- Experience with data centers.
$5,000 - $10,000 (Must have Journeymen/Master’s license).
Compu Dynamics Pay Range$40—$52 USD.

- Paid Time Off (PTO) – accrue up to 160 hours (4 weeks) annually, beginning after 60 days of employment.
- Paid Holidays – 7 company‑observed holidays plus a floating holiday.
- Birthday Time Off – 8 hours of paid time off during your birthday month.
- Paid Parental Leave – 8 weeks maternity leave and 2 weeks paternity leave, concurrent with FMLA.
- Volunteer Time Off (VTO) – 40 hours annually for community service.
- Boot Reimbursement – up to $150 annually, available from your first day.
- Tool Reimbursement – $250 annually, available after 60 days.
- Tuition Reimbursement – up to $5,000 annually for approved educational programs.
