Stone Security, a Bear Com company is a leading security integration provider dedicated to delivering top‑notch services and products. We are currently seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Project Technician to join our growing team.

• Install, program, system start‑up/check‑out, certify, and provide customer training on assigned projects.
• Run wiring, install hardware, and field terminate all devices.
• Inspect and test systems, batteries, and wiring; adjust and repair as required.
• Replace malfunctioning hardware when necessary.
• Ensure installations comply with Stone Security Standards.
• Read basic blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures unassisted; may require assistance with more complex specifications.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Travel is required.
• As a Project Specialist, you are part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Stone grows.

• Three years of experience installing network camera systems (Milestone, Axis, Hanwha, and Bosch).
• Three years of experience installing security systems (DMP and Bosch).
• Three years of experience installing access control systems (Lenel and S2).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading a security installation team.
• Aptitude for networking, computers, and general IT is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of related work experience required.
• On‑the‑job training may be provided.
• Physical requirements:
  
  use hand and power tools to install hardware; stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders; lift 35 lbs. at a time.
