You've run a dispatch board before. You know what a 98-degree Tuesday does to it. If you can keep 15 technicians moving, customers informed, and your cool when the phones light up, we want to talk.

We’re a family-owned HVAC and plumbing service company based in Chantilly and serving Northern Virginia. Our customers trust us, our techs are good at what they do, and we’re growing. Our dispatch board needs a steady hand.

What You’ll Do

• Run the daily schedule for 15+ service technicians in Service Titan
• Route calls by location, skill, and urgency so techs spend less time driving and more time fixing
• Rework the board when a job runs long, a part is missing, or an emergency call comes in
• Update customers on arrival times before they have to call and ask
• Keep job notes, statuses, and capacity in Service Titan accurate and current
• Work with the call center, service manager, and techs to fill the board and keep it full

What You Bring

• Required: Dispatch experience at an HVAC or plumbing service company
• Required: Hands-on experience with the Service Titan dispatch board
• Required: Ability to work on-site at our Chantilly office
• Calm, quick decisions when the pace picks up
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility for longer days during peak emergency season
• Preferred: Knowledge of Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties
