GIS Services is seeking a highly motivated individual to design, develop, test, and integrate custom software solutions. This on-site role operates within an Agile environment and requires a strong background in modern JavaScript frameworks, microservice architectures, AWS, and database technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test custom software solutions across multiple system components and applications.
• Create comprehensive implementation or integration approaches for applications and components.
• Translate system requirements into detailed design specifications.
• Provide primary support for the testing and installation of application releases into production environments.
• Conduct and participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
• Participate in regression and 508 compliance testing.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other engineers.
• Leverage AWS for cloud-based development and deployment.
• Manage and interact with data using both SQL and No
  
  SQL databases.

Required Skills

• Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience with microservice architecture.
• Experience developing in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with SQL and No
  
  SQL databases.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Proficient in React, Type Script, and React Query.
• Proficient in Python.
• Experience With AWS Including Lambda Functions And Dynamo
  
  DB.
• Experience with 508 compliance (web accessibility).
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices.
• Familiarity with Business Process Models such as Camunda, Flowable, N8n-io.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
