Two Six Technologies, is building our team and looking for an experienced Automation Tester to support a new opportunity. This role will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining automated end-to-end, integration and performance tests.

Responsibilities Include:

* Performs software product testing and investigates possible causes of problems
* Performs manual testing as stop-gap for automated testing
* Develops functional, end-to-end, regression, and performance tests in automated test environments
* Detects and writes software bug reports and feature requests
* Understands, reproduces, troubleshoots product defects and works with developers to determine the best resolution
* Assists in the planning and implementation of testing new features Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of practical experience in software testing and Quality Assurance
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with automated testing and automation frameworks: pytest(Python), unittest(Python), Ansible
* Minimum of 1 year of experience using Git, Jenkins, and various Continuous Integration tools
* Minimum of 1 year of experience with Linux OS Desired Knowledge/

Skills:

* Familiarity with Java and/or Go and basic debugging
* Experience with basic database technologies and software
* Solid grasp of technical writing and documentation in relation to software development
* Familiarity with Docker and technologies around scalable infrastructure, such as Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience refining low-level testing scripts using Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.
* Experience working in an AGILE development environment
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Possess a passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends
* Understanding of the Intelligence Community customers and their priorities Security Clearance:

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
