- Use software such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar to create user stories, plan sprints, or track work requirements.
- Design a scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architecture using AWS services.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform to create and manage infrastructure.
- Set up development, test, and production environments, including AWS accounts, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
- Design and develop databases, including schema design, data modeling, and data migration.
- Configure CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing.
- Develop the application.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the application meets required standards.
- Deploy the application to the production environment.
- Set up monitoring and logging tools to track application performance and identify issues.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, including bug fixes, security patches, and performance optimizations.
- Maintain documentation and perform knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth handover.
- AWS Cloud Expertise and familiarity with services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and Dynamo
DB. - Solution Architecture experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, or AWS Code Pipeline.
- Programming skills in Java, Python, Node.js, C#, or Go.
- Database design and development, including complex relational databases, SQL (e.g., Postgre
SQL) and No
SQL databases (e.g., Dynamo
DB, Mongo
DB). - Front-end development skills with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- AWS
Certifications:
Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, Dev Ops Engineer, or Developer. - Experience working within Sponsor's environment.
- Experience working with APIs communicating between systems.
- Experience with automated testing tools, scripting, maintaining test collections, and scaling demand (stress testing).
