Automate the work behind a secure enterprise. You'll build Service Now workflows, catalog items and integrations that thousands of users rely on for a federal national-security mission.

• Build automation-heavy workflows in Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• - Create service catalog items and reusable subflows
• - Build PPM forms and flows
• - Support A&A/RMF processes in Service Now
• - Map processes, write user stories, run UAT and write SOPs and training

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• - Service Now development:
  Flow Designer, Integration Hub, catalog items, subflows
• - Service Now PPM
• - Process mapping, user stories and UAT

• A&A/RMF or GRC in Service Now
• - eMASS, SharePoint or identity integrations
• - Virtual Agent
• - Service Now CSA/CAD certification
• - Enterprise-scale change management
