Serve as the principal authority for enterprise software architecture, development standards, application modernization, and secure software delivery across complex environments.

Lead the design, development, testing, and enhancement of enterprise applications while establishing architectural frameworks, development best practices, and modernization strategies. Combine strategic technical leadership with hands‑on engineering to deliver scalable, secure, high‑performing solutions aligned with enterprise objectives, zero‑trust principles, and interoperability requirements.

• Lead the design, development, testing, and enhancement of enterprise applications.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience. [Required]
• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-scale software solutions. [Required]
• Experience with Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control systems. [Required]

• Expertise in modern programming languages, software design patterns, and application architectures. [Required]
• Strong knowledge of application security, secure coding practices, and software quality assurance. [Required]
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and establish enterprise development standards. [Required]
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills. [Required]

• In-house custom-developed application.

• Multi-model and multi-modality orchestration involving reasoning, perception, memory, and tool execution.
• Temporal, spatial, geographic, quantitative, and computer vision AI implementation.
• Named Entity Recognition (NER), contextual entity extraction, and resolution.
• Multi-step retrieval and structured output generation.
• Complex data parsing and streamlined ingestion.
• Deep source citation and traceable analytic outputs.

• Vector, graph, and multi-database orchestration.
• Automated ETL pipeline creation, scheduling, and optimization.
• Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) at the data layer.
• Provenance and end-to-end data lineage tracking.
• Schema-aligned ingestion and normalization of diverse structured and unstructured data.

• Air-gapped, hybrid, and on-premises operational environments.
• Container orchestration and distributed systems management using Kubernetes.
• Locally hosted GPU servers and hyperconverged nodes.
• Multitenant Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS).

• UI, backend, and middleware engineering using Type Script, React, Python, FastAPI, LanceDB, lance graph, PostgreSQL, Temporal.io, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Integration of reasoning components, retrieval systems, databases, and AI / GenAI services.
• Use of modern programming languages and frameworks.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting federal, defense, intelligence, or highly regulated environments.
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, containers, and modern application platforms.
• Experience addressing cross-domain or cross-enclave interoperability challenges.
• Knowledge of zero-trust architecture and secure enterprise application development.
• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, software architecture, Agile, cybersecurity, or Dev Sec Ops .
