ServiceNow Developer

** Description*
* Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking a Service Now Developer to support an enterprise IT program. We are looking for an experienced Service Now developer who can hit the ground running with minimal spin up time. The customer requires support specializing in software development to provide development and operations and maintenance (O&M) support to a Service Now platform used in the organization to track requests, tasks, and metrics.

* Primary Responsibilities:

* + The customer will provides development support to enable mission by delivering products and services to collect, analyze and manipulate data.

+ The customer requires support specializing in software development to provide development and operations and maintenance (O&M) support to a Service Now platform used by the organization to track requests, tasks, and metrics.

+ Work will include implementing configuration and customization of the platform to address the business needs, as well as assisting the customer in establishing governance and change management.

+ The Team will implement the full software development lifecycle to support the development of custom workflows in the Service Now platform and have a good understanding Service Now business needs.

+ They will implement and customize Service Now solutions to meet the customer's mission requirements, be responsible for administration of the Service Now front-end, and provide O&M for the Service Now front-end.

+ They will also define data tables and business logic in the Service Now platform; provide administration of Service Now user roles, groups and permissions; and support data transformation activities to load information into the Service Now platform.

+ The team will manage the migration of update sets to sub-prod and prod environments, troubleshoot production problems related to the Service Now platform, and provide Service Now integration support with external systems and data sources.

+ They will also provide development support to applications that will interface with the Service Now platform to ensure a seamless integration and work with a team to develop and deploy custom workflows, including the organization's project manager, systems engineer(s), system architect(s) and system integrator(s).

+ The team should be prepared to follow an agile software development methodology for planning, implementing and delivering Service Now capabilities

** Basic Qualifications*
* + Must have an active TS/SCI with poly to be considered.

+ Must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of relatable experience OR Masters and at least 10 years of experience.

Experience with JavaScript.

+ Demonstrated experience with web-based technologies, such as XML, HTML, or CSS.

+ Demonstrated experience with relational databases.

+ Demonstrated experience with the implementation and customization of Service Now modules.

+ Demonstrated experience modifying Service Now tables.

+ Demonstrated experience with the Service Now business rules and scripting aspects of the Service Now platform.

+ Demonstrated experience performing administration duties in Service Now.

+ Demonstrated experience troubleshooting problems in Service Now.

+ Demonstrated experience providing integration and development support for external

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Demonstrated experience using the Sponsors Service Now Platform.

+ Demonstrated experience developing custom workflows in Service Now.
