Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to architect the technical design and development of cloud-based SIGINT microservices. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to an operational mission for our Intelligence Community customers while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.

As the technical lead for our innovative team, you will provide direction and collaborate with top-tier engineers, and work with advanced development tools,  as you  play a key role in enhancing the security and effectiveness of national intelligence efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Interface regularly with project managers and customers, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Design, Develop, Deploy:
Support Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with end-user Analysts, Systems Engineers, and fellow Software Engineers to plan, design, and develop complex electronic data processing systems that deliver value to the Intelligence Community.

Agile Development:
Implement software solutions using a fast-paced Agile methodology, continuously iterating and enhancing capabilities.

Advanced Tech Stack:
Work with modern frameworks and tools, including Java, Spring Boot/Spring Framework, Angular/Typescript, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and more.

Continuous Integration & Delivery:
Leverage CI/CD tools (i.e. Git Lab, Git Lab Pipelines) to continuously build, test, and integrate software with efficiency and precision.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

8+ years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, 3 years with PhD.Additional 4 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Top Secret/SCI Clearance with CI poly (active/current) - U.S. Citizenship Required Experience defining technical roadmaps, planning resources, and aligning engineering tasks with Customer goals

Back-end development experience with Java (Spring/Spring Boot Framework)
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (frameworks like Angular, React or Vue.js)
Hands-on experience with databases;
MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar.

Git Lab (Pipelines, Automated CI/CD, Sonar Qube, SAST, Code Scanning, NexusIQ, Dependency Scanning)

Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with containerized systems

Experience with CI/CD pipelines Dev Ops practices.

Security+ Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days Desired

Qualifications:

Understanding of systems engineering principles and documentation

Kubernetes (RKE/RKE2), Docker, Helm Messaging Platforms (RabbitMQ or similar)
PKI Authentication/Certificates, Keycloak, OIDCObservability tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Alert Managers)
