Job Title
Warehouse/Shipping/Local Delivery Associate
LocationChantilly, VA
Responsibilities- Help oversee and manage warehouse operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Prep and securely package all shipments.
- Utilize UPS, Fed Ex systems and work with Freight Vendors for domestic and international shipments.
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space.
- Create delivery labels/tickets and make local deliveries and pickups around the DMV; valid Driver’s License required.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using shipping software – UPS, Fed Ex, File Maker Pro.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal management, suppliers and vendors.
- Flexibility for working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines and managing priorities.
- Experience with warehouse equipment.
- Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Delivery driver: 1 year (Preferred)
Full-time
PayHourly ($24‑28 / Hr.)
