Location:
Chantilly, VA
Pay Range: $24–$30/hr (Base Rate + Profit Share + Tips)

Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: WOW every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude.
- Sales:
Up‑sell and identify sales opportunities. - Truck Operations:
Safe operation of the 1-800‑GOT‑JUNK? trucks. - Junk Removal:
Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard and garage junk). - Marketing:
Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to everyone you meet— from guerrilla marketing to promotions and sales. - Safety:
Commitment to the safe and professional navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers' belongings.
- Age Requirement:
Must be at least 21 years old. - Driver’s License:
Valid standard driver’s license required. - Experience:
Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred. - Physical Capability:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly. - Relevant
Experience:
Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus. - Weekend shifts required (Saturday or Sunday).
