Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

We are looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Achieving Stars Therapy. This role provides in‑home and community‑based ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality of medical records
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum age 18 years
