An Ambulance Driver is responsible for driving the ambulance, assisting in emergency services, and participating in ER activities during downtime. They prioritize patient safety throughout the transportation process and support medical staff during critical procedures in emergency care provisions. Always stationed in the ER or information section while on duty, they ensure readiness to respond swiftly to incoming emergencies.
Job Summary:
- Driving the ambulance and assisting in ambulance service.
- Participating in some activities in the ER when not in ambulance service.
- Staying in the ER or information section at all times when on duty.
- Provides safety towards the patients before-during and after the ambulance conduction.
- Assists the Nurse and Doctor during emergency care provisions such as doing CPR, Ambu-bagging etc.
