We are seeking a self‑motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, and electrical systems in our production facility.

• Maintain and repair plant equipment, including motor controls, chain drives, conveyor speeds, and lubrication of mechanical parts.
• Welding & Fabrication:
  Operate cutting torches and welding equipment to support repairs and modifications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues by collaborating with supervisors and maintenance team members.
• Install and repair electrical systems (120‑480 volts).
• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain dust collection systems and other pneumatic equipment.
• Perform building maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines as needed.
• Fabricate racks, tables, fixtures, and other components to support production needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

• Must be proficient in performing the essential duties listed above.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures is required.
• Comfortable working at heights when necessary.
• One year of technical school training OR 3‑6 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

$20.00 – $35.00 per hour (Wage ranges are commensurate with experience.)
