Job RequirementsManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Plan each shift.
- Monitor performance during the shift.
- Take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
