Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and may be required to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
