Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office and provide support to our leadership team. This role emphasizes receptionist and office management responsibilities, team and event support, and handling miscellaneous errands and projects for the CEO and COO. The Office Coordinator helps create a welcoming, well-organized, and positive environment for our team and our clients.
- 2–4+ years of experience in office coordination, reception, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with office software and comfort learning new systems.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with a courteous and positive attitude.
- Discretion, reliability, and a service-minded approach.
- Part-time, in-person role (Monday–Friday, 9am–2:30pm) based in Chapel Hill, NC.
