BSW Student Services Manager

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is hiring a BSW Student Services Manager. This role coordinates student services for the Bachelor of Social Work program, managing admissions, recruitment, student data, and reporting while supporting the undergraduate student lifecycle from application to graduation.

• Manage BSW admissions administration, recruitment activities, and student data systems.
• Analyze student lifecycle data to identify trends and inform program planning and assessment.
• Collaborate with BSW leadership, faculty, staff, and University partners to deliver coordinated student services.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making and accreditation efforts.
• Demonstrate experience coordinating student services in higher education, including enrollment management and student support.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills required.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience from accredited institutions.
• Salary range between $64,540 and $68,990, full-time permanent position.
• Reports to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education of the UNC School of Social Work.
• Position designated as a Campus Security Authority under the Clery Act with related reporting responsibilities.
