SummaryThe Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for comprehensive data analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and collaborating with unit managers on improvement strategies. The position supports the development and refinement of project management processes, assists in guiding projects from proposal to completion, and ensures clear and effective communication across all levels.
Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Reporting: Responsible for comprehensive data analysis and reporting for assigned areas, creating visually compelling charts and diagrams, and providing actionable recommendations regarding discrepancies.
- Operational Planning and Efficiency Initiatives: Works closely with senior leadership to translate long‑term strategic planning into actionable annual operational plans, supports business planning, and assists with projects aimed at driving operational efficiencies.
- Project Coordination: Supports project proposals and provides operational assistance throughout the project lifecycle, preparing presentations and coordinating meetings to ensure smooth progress.
- Financial Analytics and Trends: Develops analytics and trends, provides strategic recommendations for financial management, and prepares detailed reports focusing on financial impact.
- Communication and Coordination: Coordinates timely, clear communications to keep stakeholders informed, facilitates collaboration across teams, and distributes reports and analytics to unit management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred. - Experience: With a Bachelor’s degree, three (3) years of related experience; with a Master’s degree, one (1) year of related experience.
- Skills & Abilities: Exceptional data analysis and visualization proficiency, advanced spreadsheet skills, familiarity with Python or R; strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights; high accuracy and attention to detail; knowledge of financial principles; familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams; strong multitasking and prioritization;
awareness of industry‑specific regulations and best practices. - Licensure/Certification: No licensure or certification required.
