BIM Designer

Overview

We are seeking a talented BIM Designer who approaches design through a lens of technical clarity and creative narrative. You will play a pivotal role in translating design ideas—whether sketched, conceptual or refined—into detailed BIM models, construction-ready drawings, and immersive visuals. You’ll help tell the story of each project, ensuring precision, beauty, and integrity from concept to construction. You will shape how digital design tools drive our projects from concept through construction.

This role combines technical mastery with creative vision — you’ll not only build precise, information-rich models but also guide our studio’s approach to design technology and storytelling.

• Proficiency in BIM software (Archicad, Revit, or similar)
• Proven experience developing construction document sets
• Talent for translating hand sketches into BIM models
• Expertise in 3D visualization, rendering, and BIMx (or similar)
• Relevant experience, ideally in residential or light commercial design/build projects
• Firm understanding of building techniques, detailing, and code compliance

• Construction document samples (plans, elevations, sections, details)
