The Department of Dramatic Art at UNC-Chapel Hill invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Dramaturgy. The appointment carries a 2/2 teaching load and engages undergraduate courses in dramaturgy, theatre history, and dramatic literature.
The successful candidate will develop an active program of scholarly or creative research with emphasis on Asian, African, and/or Latin American theatre, and contribute to production activities with Play Makers Repertory Company
