As an Electrical Engineer I in our Chapel Hill office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy‑efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

• Work with and be mentored by experienced engineers, gradually taking on greater role in leading electrical projects.
• Perform load calculations, determine system sizing and layouts, calculate equipment sizes, select equipment, complete field surveys, and review equipment shop drawings.
• Write specifications, participate in project meetings with clients and consultants, and support construction‑phase work.
• Lead electrical project teams, documenting work and ensuring quality throughout project life cycle.

• BSEE/BSAE from an ABET‑accredited school.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Non‑academic internship experience.
• Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities or student organizations (preferred).
• EIT certification (FE exam pass) a plus.
• Internship experience in the MEP consulting engineering field preferred.

• Quick technical comprehension with motivation focused on client outcomes.
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
