Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager (On Site)

Location: Chapel Hill, NC (onsite; relocating to Timberlake, NC mid-next year)

Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt

Voltage is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead our environmental, health, and safety programs. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, fostering a strong safety culture, and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

• Develop and maintain EHS management systems and safety protocols.
• Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and accident investigations.
• Lead safety training, emergency drills, and awareness campaigns.
• Manage SDS documentation and ensure workplace health standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field.
• 3+ years in safety/environmental management; 5+ years EHS experience in operations or manufacturing.
• Leadership experience under ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OSHA protocols.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, SDS, EPA regulations; familiarity with NFPA, ANSI, NEC standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work in manufacturing environments, conduct inspections, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
