Why We Need You In this role, you will lead rewarding projects with a hands-on approach, develop client relationships, deliver projects according to client needs and budget, lead concept development of building systems, and guide a team of engineers from project conception through occupancy. You will also participate in project interviews, provide high-level client service, establish long-term partnerships, stay current with market trends, and ensure resolution of all technical and service issues.
Expertise Of Our Most Successful Project Manager
- 10+ years in a consulting environment designing building systems or leading design projects across core design disciplines.
- Proven ability to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team through planning, design and construction for projects of all sizes.
- BS in Engineering or Architecture from an ABET-accredited program.
- Recent experience in the Healthcare, Science & Technology, Higher Education, or similar market sectors performing project management for large and/or complex projects.
- Ability to travel to client sites where project development opportunities exist (depends on assignment).
- Professional registration is a plus.
